SACHA COBURN

The Company you keep
Sacha Coburn is the C.O.O of her own family business Coffee Culture, a group of boutique coffee shops with 300 staff in 20 locations. She has lived every inch of the cost of living crisis with her team of owners and has had to embrace change and challenge on a daily basis. Sacha walks her talk every day leading her team with humanity and humour. A former lawyer with a first class honours Masters Degree in Education, Sacha is uniquely qualified to talk about what’s ahead. Sacha is a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship winner and has recently graduated from the prestigious OPM program at Harvard Business School. Sacha runs a leadership development programme through their side hustle ‘The Company You Keep’ working with both emerging and C-suite leaders to deliver whole hearted high performance. Her podcast ‘The Not So Breakfast Show’ explores professional and personal development and is available wherever you get your pod. In her spare time, Sacha chairs the board of Foster Construction, the Waikato’s largest commercial construction company, and is also on the board of Tieke Golf Estate.

DR LEANNE ASHLEY

Ashley Aesthetics
Dr Leanne Ashley is a Wellington-based GP and cosmetic medicine specialist with a rich background as a British Army Officer. After serving in Bosnia, Kosovo, and New Zealand, she transitioned to medicine, earning her degree from the University of Otago and becoming a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. She founded Ashley Aesthetics and is a certified member and trainer for the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine, as well as a Key Opinion Leader for Merz Aesthetics. Passionate about skincare, she also holds a Certificate of Advanced Dermoscopy and is a member of the International Peeling Society.

DR MARY DINGLEY

The Cosmetic Medicine Centre

Dr Mary Dingley has been a cosmetic medicine practitioner since 1987. She received her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Queensland in 1984. Since then she has pioneered the use of proven new techniques and developed training programmes for other doctors interested in using these systems appropriately, while always maintaining a commitment to deliver a high standard of care for her patients. Dr Dingley is a Life Member, and prior Board member, of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia. She was the President of the pre-existing Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia in 2007 and 2008. She is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine and was the Dean of its Faculty of Medicine for seven years. Dr Dingley is an adviser to government bodies and a medical defence organisation on issues such as laser and energy-based devices, training and cosmetic medicine. Dr Dingley is frequently invited to speak and demonstrate at conferences both in Australia and internationally, developing a reputation as an enthusiastic, entertaining and effective communicator and teacher as well as a highly reputable practitioner.

DR STEVEN HARRIS

Harris Clinic
Dr Steven Harris, MBBCh, MSc is an aesthetic medical practitioner and researcher with over 20 years’ experience. He coined the term “Alienisation” to describe progressive anatomical and perceptual change associated with repeated aesthetic interventions, with a clinical focus on complications, anatomical distortion, and patient safety. He is internationally recognised for his work in ultrasound-guided aesthetic medicine, has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on filler behaviour and injection safety, and is an international educator and developer of the Nonsurgical Lip Tubercle (NLT) technique.

DR DAVID KOSENKO

DERMOCOSMETICA
Dr David Kosenko, MBBS, FRACGP, FCPCA, FACCSM (Med), is the Head of Medical and Clinical Training for Australia and New Zealand at Dermocosmètica and serves as the President of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA). He is also the founder and owner of Impress Cosmetic Medicine in Melbourne, where he has been performing a broad range of office-based cosmetic procedures for 19 years. A graduate of Monash University (1987), Dr. Kosenko brings decades of experience to his work, having also co-owned a prominent general practice for more than 30 years. His clinical interests include menopause, skin cancer medicine, and dermatology. Dr Kosenko is deeply committed to medical education and has regularly taught medical students, nurses, general practice registrars, and cosmetic physicians. He has presented at leading conferences, including the Non-Surgical Symposium, ASCD, Aesthetics, Cosmedicon, and CosDoc, and is an active participant in industry workshops Dr Kosenko is passionate about promoting best practices, ethical standards, and patient safety within the healthcare sector.

Dr Kristy Kostalas is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with over 17 years of medical expertise and founder of Port Medical Aesthetics Clinic (PMAC). A nationally recognized trainer and lecturer in regenerative aesthetics and advanced toxin indications, Dr Kostalas educates medical professionals across Australia in cutting-edge aesthetic techniques. Her expertise in hormonal changes and aesthetic interventions for peri- and post-menopausal women has made her a sought-after speaker in the field. Dr Marko Mance, univ.mag., Phd is a globally celebrated plastic and aesthetic surgeon renowned for his expertise in aesthetic treatments, regenerative and longevity medicine. His academic credentials include a master’s thesis on body surface area changes in burn patients and a PhD dissertation on the correlation between invasive ductal carcinoma and breast thermography, reflecting his deep scientific foundation. Since 2022, he has served as a scientific collaborator at the University of Zagreb, with over 20 published papers in indexed journals. As the CMO and Senior Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon at SKIN HEALTH LAB in Zagreb, Croatia, Dr Mance has specialized in aesthetic surgery and regenerative medicine since 2014, delivering exceptional results through cutting-edge techniques. He is also the Founder and CEO of CORE6, a premium longevity protocol designed for high-level individuals and professional athletes, translating the latest science in regenerative and longevity medicine into structured, results-driven programs for peak performers. DR MARCUS MORAIS

Dr Marcus Morais is a Brazilian dermatologist with extensive expertise in aesthetic dermatology. After completing his medical degree and specialist training in Brazil, he became an International Master Trainer for Galderma in 2011, delivering education and injection training throughout Latin America and internationally. He co-developed the MAP (Managing Aesthetic Patients) concept and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on facial rejuvenation and injectable treatments. Dr Morais is a sought-after international speaker, presenting at major dermatology and aesthetic medicine conferences across Europe, Latin America, Australia, Asia, and South Africa, and continues to contribute to global education and innovation in aesthetic medicine.

DR PAUL NOLA

PONSONBY COSMETIC MEDICINE CLINIC
Dr Paul Nola is a Cosmetic Physician with over two decades of experience practicing cosmetic medicine in Ponsonby, Auckland. Dr Nola serves on the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine’s (NZSCM) Executive and Education Board and is the Education Officer of the NZSCM.

DR AJ SEINE

DermLab
Dr Seine pursued his dermatology training in New Zealand before finalizing it in Brisbane, Australia, with a particular emphasis on the dermatological and cosmetic applications of lasers. In 2021, he successfully completed a dermatology laser fellowship, further enhancing his expertise in this field. As of 2021, he holds memberships in both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the New Zealand Dermatology Society. Dr Seine has also undergone comprehensive training as a Mohs micrographic surgeon under the guidance of renowned practitioners, Drs Salmon and Mortimer, who are internationally acclaimed for their expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology. With a specific interest in skin cancer and reconstructive procedures, Dr Seine actively contributes to medical dermatology clinics at Rotorua Hospital, demonstrating his dedication to delivering public dermatology services throughout New Zealand.

DR ELLEN SELKON

CLINIC 42
Dr Ellen Selkon is a dedicated medical professional and partner at Clinic42, where she brings expertise in using a combination of cosmetic medicine treatments to enhance and rejuvenate the face and body. After completing her medical degree, she pursued further specialisation in cosmetic medicine, where she has earned a reputation for excellence with over 19 years’ injecting experience. Ellen serves as a national and international trainer for Cosmetic Medicine products. She believes in staying up to date in this ever-changing field of cosmetic medicine and for this reason regularly attends and presents at conferences and workshops nationally and internationally. She currently serves as Treasurer of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine which she has done for the past 13 years. Dr Ellen is often used as a spokesperson by media outlets for insight into the latest trends, techniques, and innovation in the world of Cosmetic Medicine. Out of work Dr Ellen is a keen wildlife photographer and enjoys exploring the corners of our planet.

DR ERIC SONG

RESKIN MEDICAL
Dr Eric Song is a consultant pathologist, interested in dermatopathology, with a strong research background in photobiology, cutaneous malignancies and vitamin D. He is passionate about the latest medical technologies including lasers, energy-based devices, and their interaction with skin. He is a big advocate in promoting safe and effective use of such devices, through evidence based, and ethical practice. He graduated from University of New South Wales in 1997, completed internship at Concord Repatriation General Hospital in 1998, and began his exciting career in Medicine. His broad interest, endless curiosity, and passion began when he found his interest in skin after the medical education and basic medical training.
He has been the director of Reskin Medical since 2007 and worked hard to make this a successful and reputable practice today, providing consistent and reliable primary, and secondary medical skin related services.

DR NIKI TALIC

DR FRESH CLINIC
Dr Niki Talic is a Medical Doctor, Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA), and a Paediatric Trauma Consultant working at a leading children’s hospital in Melbourne. Alongside her hospital role, she is the Co-Founder and Director of Dr Fresh Clinic, a medical-led aesthetic and skin health clinic grounded in patient safety, clinical excellence, and individualised care. With a career spanning acute paediatric trauma and aesthetic medicine, Dr Niki brings a unique depth of clinical expertise and precision to her work. She completed her medical training in the UK before undertaking advanced specialist training in Paediatric Emergency and Trauma at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Dr Niki is a recognised trainer, educator, and Key Opinion Leader within the aesthetic industry. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences and delivers hands-on training and mentorship to doctors and nurses, with a strong focus on safety, evidence-based practice, and clinical judgement. She is deeply passionate about education and believes that raising standards within the industry comes through high-quality training, thoughtful mentorship, and a commitment to continuous learning. Her teaching focuses not only on technical skill, but also on developing clinical reasoning, ethical practice, and meaningful patient relationships. At the core of Dr Niki’s approach is a commitment to personalised care - taking the time to understand each individual and applying a considered, medically grounded approach to treatment planning. Her work is guided by the principles of safety, precision, and respect for individual anatomy, both in her clinical practice and in her role as an educator.
