Enjoy drinks and nibbles as you mingle, with the reception wrapping up in time for you to make your own dinner plans and explore the vibrant Queenstown food scene. Business casual attire is recommended.

Our theme for 2026 is Bollywood Sparkle and Spice - join us for a night of Bollywood Sparkle & Spice — a vibrant dinner filled with colourful décor, tantalising flavours, and a touch of glamorous sparkle.
One dinner ticket is included with each full registration and can be selected when registering. The cost for an additional ticket is $290.00. Return coaches will be provided.
Dress to dazzle! Bright colours, glittering jewellery, and bold prints are encouraged. From traditional Indian attire to glitzy evening wear, add a little extra flair and shine (Please bring your nametag).
