NZSCM 2026 Conference Registration Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine (NZSCM).
  2. The prize is one (1) complimentary registration to the NZSCM 2026 Conference.
  3. Entry is open to registered healthcare doctors, dentists and nurses holding current registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand, Dental Council of New Zealand, or Nursing Council of New Zealand.
  4. To be eligible, participants must:
    • Follow @nzscm on Instagram;
    • Like the designated competition post;
    • Share the post to their Instagram story; and
    • Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Eligible participants who complete the entry requirements by 11:59 pm (NZST) on 9 August 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
  6. Participants will receive one (1) additional entry for each unique eligible colleague tagged in the comments on the designated competition post.
  7. Tagged colleagues must be genuine individual accounts. Duplicate tags of the same person, fake accounts, or spam or fraudulent entries may be excluded at NZSCM's discretion.
  8. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes.
  9. If the winner has already paid for their conference registration, NZSCM will refund the conference registration fee paid. If the winner has not yet registered, they will receive one (1) complimentary conference registration. The prize covers conference registration only and does not include travel, accommodation, separately ticketed social events, or any other associated costs.
  10. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, NZSCM reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  12. NZSCM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
  13. NZSCM's decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
