Accommodation

This year, we are pleased to again offer a dedicated block of rooms at the Millennium Hotel. Staying onsite provides the convenience of being just steps away from all event activities, making it easy to participate fully in the programme and connect with fellow attendees throughout your stay.

Superior rooms are available at a special rate of $315.00 per room, per night (room only). These comfortable and well-appointed rooms offer a relaxing environment to unwind after each day’s sessions and networking opportunities.

To streamline your experience, all accommodation bookings must be made as part of the conference registration process. Please do not contact the Millennium Hotel directly for reservations, as our team is managing the room block exclusively for event participants. This will ensure you receive the negotiated rate.

Accommodation booking T&C's and information

  • The discounted pricing for NZSCM attendees cannot be booked with the hotel directly
  • Rates are per room, per night and include 15% GST (goods and service tax)
  • All rates are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
  • Breakfast is an additional cost and is not included in the room rate. A discounted price of $40.00 per person has been extended to NZSCM attendees
  • The rate is based on max of 2 people
  • All accommodation charges are to be settled with the hotel directly. Accommodation is not invoiced through the Conference
  • The price displayed in the online booking process is for all nights reserved
  • Accommodation cancellations, or reduction of nights reserved within 30 days of the conference may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking and are stored securely in our encrypted credit card portal
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee
  • After making your booking if you wish to request an invoice to prepay the accommodation contact Sarah to arrange
  • If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card that the attendee will not have on their person, please contact Sarah to arrange
  • If charges are the responsibility of a third party (ie, corporate travel agent), please provide a letter from the third party stating what charges are to be covered to Sarah
  • When booking your hotel, if the online system indicates it is full then please email Sarah with your preferred dates. The hotel may not be full, your dates may just fall outside the dates held in the room block.
