Dr. Phillip Artemi is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologist and Registered Mohs Surgeon. He has practiced in the area of cosmetic medicine for over 25 years during which time he has delivered over 100 presentations both locally and internationally at Scientific Meetings and commented regularly on Dermatology in print, radio and television media.
Dr Artemi has a reputation as a forward thinking innovating Dermatologist and aesthetic practitioner: he delivered the first Australian lecture on “Niacinamide - the ingredient of the next decade”, organised the first ever scientific cosmeceutical symposium in Australia, founded the Australian Merz Nurses Annual Training Academy in 2022 and opened the inaugural meeting focusing on what he perceived as the imminent seismic shift in aesthetic medicine - to achieve good skin quality across all age groups.
Dr Artemi is passionate about educating and has held past positions as Director of Training and Chair, Teaching and Learning Committee for the Australasian College of Dermatologists, has previously published a book (All About Kids Skin, ABC Books) and has worked on several National Skin Cancer Awareness Campaigns.
